Common questions

Manage or cancel a subscription

Premium is billed by Apple or Google, so subscriptions are managed in your store account:

  • iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FitnessLi
  • Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

Restore a purchase

If Premium isn’t showing after reinstalling or switching devices, open the app’s paywall and choose Restore purchases while signed in to the same store account you bought with.

Health & fitness permissions

FitnessLi reads Apple Health / Health Connect data only with your permission. You can review or revoke this any time:

  • iOS: Health app → Sharing → Apps → FitnessLi
  • Android: Settings → Security & privacy → Health Connect

Delete your account and data

Open the app and go to Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your data from our servers. Cancel any active subscription separately in your store account.
